STE Program has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.2.
Examples of STE Program in a sentence
The Developer shall comply with the terms and provisions of the STE Program which is approved by the Executive Director and the failure to so comply shall constitute an Event of Default under this Lease, if not cured within the applicable grace period.
For projects in the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), Transportation Congestion Relief Program (TCRP), Conservation Lands, Statewide Transportation Enhancements (STE) Program, and Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation (EEM) Program, an allocation vote is required by the CTC.
The Developer shall submit the STE Program to the Executive Director for approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, or conditioned or delayed.
