  • Neither STCL nor any of its Subsidiaries maintains or contributes to any STCL Benefit Plan subject to ERISA which is not in substantial compliance with ERISA.

  • SATX on the one hand and STCL on the other hand will consult with each other before issuing any press release or making any public statement with respect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and shall not issue any press release or make any public statement without the prior consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Contractor will provide the STCL Analysis only after the City delivers to Contractor the signed documents required to access the proper data from TCPA.
