Stay Date definition

Stay Date means the date upon which the Court enters an order staying and enjoining all pending state and federal proceedings and those commenced hereafter regarding Released Claims, including claims for contribution and indemnity, against Interneuron and the Released Parties.

  • Limitation Date means the first of March 20, June 20, September 20 or December 20 in any year to occur on or immediately following the date that is one of the following numbers of years after the Restructuring Date: 2.5 years (the "2.5-year Limitation Date"), 5 years, 7.5 years, 10 years (the "10- year Limitation Date"), 12.5 years, 15 years, or 20 years, as applicable. Limitation Dates shall not be subject to adjustment in accordance with any Business Day Convention.

Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.

  • Monthly Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.

  • Current Date means any day during the 20-day period ending on the date of the Closing.
