  • Amounts paid by a TIF Parcel Owner as Statutory Service Payments shall be credited against payment of the Minimum Service Payments.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Statutory Service Payments shall be available to the City as a lawful source of funds to pay the costs of any public infrastructure improvements authorized by the TIF Statutes, any subsequent amendments or supplements thereto, and the TIF Ordinance.
