Statutory Position definition
Statutory Position means the person appointed by the Principal as a site senior executive or exploration manager under the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022 (WA) for the Site. Term the period set out at item 6 of schedule 1 as extended under clause 1(d).
Statutory Position means the person appointed by the Principal as a site senior executive or exploration manager under the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022 (WA) for the Site. Term means the period of time specified in Schedule 1 commencing on the Commencement Date, as extended by the Principal under clause 2. Time for Delivery means the date for delivery of the Equipment identified in Schedule 1.
