statutory plate definition
statutory plate means the plate that the manufacturer shall affix to each vehicle manufactured in conformity with the approved type as set out in Article 39(1) of Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 and it will have the appropriate marking in accordance with the provisions established in Annex IX of this Regulation.
