Statutory Obligation definition

Statutory Obligation means any obligation or liability which a person becomes liable to satisfy by virtue of being a member or director of, or under common control with, a corporate entity, pursuant to the provisions of any applicable statute;
Statutory Obligation means any mandatory obligation (statutory duty) imposed upon Council by any competent Act, Regulation, Ordinance, Rule or Instrument enacted by the Parliament of New South Wales or, to the extent that it is relevant, by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Statutory Obligation means an obligation imposed by an enactment.

Statutory Obligation means an express written obligation imposed by an Enactment upon the Client, which requires the use of the Ordnance Survey Data to meet that obligation. This does not include a general obligation which does not specifically refer to a product or service which is to be delivered by the Client; and
