'STATUTORY LICENCES means any statutory licences, consents, approvals or authorisations required to carry on the Business, including without limitation those referred to in SCHEDULE 3; 'UNDERWRITER' means National Securities Corporation, Inc.
'STATUTORY LICENCES means all licences, consents, rights, permits and certificates relating to any aspect of the Business issued by any Government Agency, in so far as they may be transferred to the Purchaser;
