Statutory Entitlements definition

Statutory Entitlements has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.7.
Statutory Entitlements means the statutory entitlement to education and training which allows GMCA residents to be fully funded who are aged: 19 and over, who have not achieved a Grade A* -C, grade 4, or higher, and study for a qualification in English or maths up to and including level 2, and 19 to 23, if they study for a first qualification at level 2 and/or level 3 and 19 and over, if they have digital skills assessed at below level 1.
Statutory Entitlements means any additional entitlement a Worker may have from his/her employer under any statute or regulation (for example, SSP and SMP), but not including paid leave entitlement

Examples of Statutory Entitlements in a sentence

  • In the event that ESL requires the Corporation or one of its Subsidiaries to provide the Participant a superior right or entitlement upon termination of employment or otherwise (“Statutory Entitlements”) than provided for under the Plan Documents, the Corporation or one of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, will provide the Participant with the Participant’s minimum Statutory Entitlements in substitution for the Participant’s rights under the Plan Documents.
