Statutory Documents definition

Statutory Documents means, in respect of each Depot Property and Outstation, any licence or consent required under the Railways Act 1993 to enable the Contractor to operate that Depot Property or Outstation, and/or its business there and all other documents forming part of, or referred to in, them or any of them or any exemption from obtaining any such licence or consent. STD means a Standard.
