Statutory Documents definition

Statutory Documents means, in respect of each Depot Property and Outstation, any licence or consent required under the Railways Act 1993 to enable the Contractor to operate that Depot Property or Outstation, and/or its business there and all other documents forming part of, or referred to in, them or any of them or any exemption from obtaining any such licence or consent. STD means a Standard.

  • Seller Ancillary Documents means each agreement, document, instrument or certificate to be delivered by Seller, or its Affiliates, at the Closing pursuant to Section 3.2 and each other document or Contract entered into by Seller, or its Affiliates, in connection with this Agreement or the Closing.

  • Ancillary Documents means each agreement, instrument or document attached hereto as an Exhibit, and the other agreements, certificates and instruments to be executed or delivered by any of the Parties hereto in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Depositor’s Formation Documents means the Certificate of Formation of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 24, 2001 and the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 29, 2001.
