STATUTORILY PROTECTED LEAVE definition
STATUTORILY PROTECTED LEAVE means any leave (i) pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act; (ii) pursuant to a military leave of absence under circumstances entitling the employee to return to his or her position or (iii) pursuant to taking sick days or in the case of Transferring Comdata Employees, those on short term disability leave.
