Statut definition

Statut means the Company document, proposed by the Management Board and approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders, that governs the Company, and to which all other Company documents are subject.
Statut means the ISO document, approved by the Management Board, governing the ISO, and to which all other ISO documents are subject.
Statut means the Articles of Agreement of NIGETIP, dated September 1, 1991, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules and attachments supplemental to the Statut;
