Status Event definition

Status Event means any of the following events have occurred in connection with an entity:

Examples of Status Event in a sentence

  • Except as contemplated by Section 3.17(a), none of the other parties hereto shall take or fail to take any action (whether or not authorized hereunder) as to which the Trustee has advised it in writing that it has received an Opinion of Counsel to the effect that an Adverse Tax Status Event could occur with respect to such action or failure to take action.

  • Any Participant may change a Benefit Option election and make a new election if, under the facts and circumstances, the changes are on account of and consistent with a Change in Status Event.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if an aboriginal group that is a Near Band ceases to be recognized by the Chiefs in Assembly or suffers a Loss of Status Event, Schedules A and A.1 hereof shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.

  • For purposes of this Section 3.5, the term "Registration Statement" shall include any final Prospectus, exhibit, supplement or amendment included in or relating to a Registration Statement referred to in Sections 3.1 or 3.2 and any documents incorporated by reference therein.

  • Whether a change in election is consistent with the Change in Status Event shall be interpreted in accordance with 26 C.F.R.
