In addition to the foregoing, the Loan Parties agree that Status Calls shall be conducted (i) promptly following a request by the Administrative Agent and (ii) at least once per week.
Following system activation, the designated Technical Support Engineer will facilitate a series of Status Calls with the Department to review the performance of the service.
