Statistical Noise Level definition
Statistical Noise Level means the noise level which is equalled or exceeded a stated percentage of the time. An L10 = 65 dBA implies that in any hour of the day 65 dBA can be equalled or exceeded only 10% of the time, or for 6 minutes.
