NCI Investigator includes, for the purpose of this CRADA, any of NIH Intramural Investigator and NCI Extramural Investigator, who conducts clinical trials and/or Non-Clinical Studies.

NCI Investigator means any NCI Intramural Investigator, NCI Extramural Investigator, Non-Clinical Investigator or an investigator who conducts the DCTD Clinical Support Assays, together with all personnel assisting an investigator with the conduct of DCTD Clinical Support Assays.

Examples of NCI Investigator in a sentence

  • Each study will be proposed by the NCI Investigator and will be approved by both the NCI and Collaborator.

  • In all oral presentations or written publications concerning the Research Project, NCI Investigator will acknowledge Collaborator’s contribution of the Test Article unless requested otherwise.
