Station Development definition

Station Development means the construction, operation and maintenance of the Railway Station in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and includes all works, services and equipment relating to or in respect of the Scope of the Project; ‘Station Development Fee’ or “SDF” means the fee as per the Fee Notification to be collected and appropriated by the Authority from the passengers in terms of the Agreement.
Station Development. ’ or ‘‘Redevelopment’’ shall mean the development, construction and/or modernization of [insert] Railway Station (including station buildings, platforms, passenger areas, concourse areas and waiting areas), service buildings, passenger amenities and other utilities and amenities over the Station Development Land and wherever required, will include Redevelopment including assets and Project utilities for the relocation of existing railway colony/ staff quarters, service buildings, and other amenities that exist at the Project Site and the Reserved Railway Land;
Station Development means Station Development, LLC, a California limited liability company which is a wholly-owned direct or indirect Subsidiary of Station, its successors and permitted assigns.

  • The obligations of the Developer in respect of the Commercial Development Project, the Redevelopment Project and the Station Development Project shall be subject to the satisfaction by Authority of each of the Conditions Precedent, if any, set forth in the SCDA.

  • The Premium has been quoted by me/us after taking into consideration all the terms and conditions stated in the Bid Document, draft Development Agreement, our own estimates of the cost and revenues and after a careful assessment of the Reserved Railway Land and Station Development Land and all the conditions that may affect the project cost and implementation of this Project.

  • The Selected Bidder will cause the SPC to execute the Development Agreement and the SPC will be permitted to undertake Station Development, Redevelopment Project and Commercial Development Project on identified Reserved Railway land and commercial development of air space available at Station Development Land, and appropriate revenues therefrom subject to terms and conditions of the Development Agreement.

  • The Estimated Cost of Station Development Project, Estimated Cost of Redevelopment Project and Estimated Cost of Commercial Development Project has been specified in the finalised DPR.

  • However the Developer shall only have right of way to the Station Development Land, Redevelopment Land for the purposes of undertaking Station Development and Redevelopment works respectively, in terms of the Development Agreement.

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, multi-apartment buildings, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • land development area means an erf or the land which is delineated in an application submitted in terms of this By-law or any other legislation governing the change in land use and “land area” has a similar meaning;

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.
