Cancellation Fees will not be assessed solely in the following instances: (a) cancellation of a Service Order (including Change Orders), Statement/Scope of Work if BluIP receives Notice of cancellation (email acceptable, if followed by Notice) within two (2) business days of execution of the respective document, but prior to the Commencement Date (“Two-Day Cancellation”); provided certain fees will be assessed (“Two-Day Cancellation Fees”).

The professional services required for each of these assigned projects requested by the Department may include any or all of the services outlined in the Project Statement/Scope of Work.
This Master Agreement shall automatically terminate upon completion of all responsibilities as stated in the “Purpose & Scope” section to include: The Ndhiwa Master Plan, Statement/Scope of Work and the Master Planning process detailing the timelines and list of objectives for the program, unless otherwise amended.
Arrayjet shall render the Services as set forth in a Protocol and/or Statement/Scope of Work (the “Supporting Documents”).
