The Bank is not liable with respect to the propriety of the Bank’s actions or omissions reflected in a statement provided under this Agreement, except to the extent (i) a Statement Recipient objects to the Bank within ninety (90) calendar days after delivery of such statement or (ii) such acts or omissions could not be discovered through reasonable examination of such statement.
The Bank will furnish each Statement Recipient with (i) an Account statement with the frequency designated below (or as subsequently agreed upon by the Bank, the Grantor, and the Beneficiary) within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the reporting period and (ii) a final Account statement within thirty (30) calendar days after the Bank has transferred all Assets from the Account as provided under this Agreement.
