Stated Minimum definition
Stated Minimum means (i) during the period through and including June 30, 2009, One Billion Five Hundred Million Dollars ($1,500,000,000), (ii) during the period commencing July 1, 2009 through and including December 31, 2009, One Billion Two Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($1,250,000,000), and (iii) during the period from and after January 1, 2010, One Billion Dollars ($1,000,000,000).
Stated Minimum means, with respect to the first twenty-four (24) months of the Term, [Omitted] Lightstick Equivalents, and, with respect to any additional subsequent years during the Term, that number of Lightstick Equivalents mutually agreed and specified by the parties for such year on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein (which annual agreement as to the Stated Minimum for the subsequent year shall be a condition precedent to any renewal or extension of the Term).
