State Specifications definition

State Specifications where referred to herein shall mean the Standard Specifications of the State of California, Department of Transportation, as currently approved and effective. Where any provisions of the City specifications conflict with those of the State Specifications, the City specifications shall prevail.
State Specifications means the Standard Specifications of the State of California, Department of Transportation, as currently approved and in effect. State Specifications means the version of the Standard Specifications of the State of California, Department of Transportation, in effect at the time of Notice Inviting Bids.
