State Regulators definition

State Regulators has the meaning set forth in Section 5.19(a).
State Regulators means any state or local public service or public utilities commission, franchise authority, or other similar state or local regulatory bodies.
State Regulators means the state public service or public utility commissions or other similar state regulatory bodies from which authorization, approval, clearance or consent is required to be procured or to which filings are required to be made as set forth in Section 6.01(e) of the Disclosure Schedule.
