State rates definition

State rates means rates established and published by the department for all the following:

Examples of State rates in a sentence

  • Lodging (overnight stay, not to exceed State rates, not including taxes) Per diem rates (Actual cost not to exceed State rates with an overnight stay.

  • At this time, Contractor may not book air travel or rental car directly with travel vendors and obtain the State rates.
