State project priority list (PPL) definition

State project priority list (PPL) means the list of projects in priority order that may qualify for CWRSF loan assistance. The list is developed in accordance with 567—Chapter 91.
State project priority list (PPL) means the list of projects in priority order that may qualify for WPCSRF loan assis- tance. The list is developed in accordance with 567— Chapter 91. (Also known as the planning list.)

  • Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.

  • Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(h).
