State prisoner definition

State prisoner means a person upon whom a State sentence of imprisonment has been imposed, but does not include a person upon whom a Commonwealth sentence of imprisonment has been imposed;
State prisoner means a person arrested by a law enforcement officer either with or without a warrant for a Class A or B Misdemeanor or any Felony offense violating a state statute and held in the County jail after the issuance of a jail commitment order by a magistrate.
State prisoner means a person who is being held in custody pending trial for or sentence for, or under a sentence of imprisonment for, an offence against a law of a State, but does not include a person who is at large after having escaped from lawful custody.
