State On-Scene Coordinator definition

State On-Scene Coordinator or "SOSC" means a state official designated to coordinate and direct state responses to a Spill Event under state law.
State On-Scene Coordinator means the state official designated by the department of health to coordinate and direct responses under this chapter.
