State Level Committee (SLC) definition

State Level Committee (SLC) means a Committee constituted underrule 3 of these rules;
State Level Committee (SLC) means a Committee comprising of State Food Secretary as Chairperson and Executive Director(South), Food Corporation of India, General Manager (TN), Food Corporation of India, Tamilnadu Region, two District Collectors, and an Officer from State Labour Department as members; which shall finalise the Schedule of Rates (SoR) and the standard bid document for the fixation of Mandi Labour charges(MLC) and decide the acceptability of Mandi Labour Charges(MLC) submitted by the bidders.
