State Information Depository definition

State Information Depository means any public or private depository or entity designated by the State of Louisiana as a state depository for the purpose of the Rule. As of the date of this Disclosure Certificate, there is no State Information Depository.

Examples of State Information Depository in a sentence

  • The City will agree to send the Annual Report, by about January 26 of each year, to each nationally recognized municipal securities information repository (NRMSIR) and Michigan’s State Information Depository (SID), in each case as designated from time to time by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC).

  • The County agrees to notify the Trustee for the Bonds and each Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repository and any State Information Depository within the Commonwealth of Virginia in the event the Board of Supervisors fails to appropriate any amounts payable hereunder by the County.
