State Implementing Agency definition

State Implementing Agency means the State Government Agency with responsibility for the implementation of this Agreement.
State Implementing Agency or “SIA” means the special purpose vehicle under incorporation as a Government Company by the State Government under the Scheme.

  • Public or private safety agency means a unit of state or local government, a special purpose district, or a private firm, which provides or has the authority to provide firefighting, police, ambulance, emergency medical services or hazardous materials response.

  • Community action agency means an agency designated pursuant to section 8.
