State Hazard Mitigation Plan means Florida’s version of the Hazard Mitigation Plan referred to in 44 C.F.R., Part 206, Subpart N and approved by FEMA. The State Hazard Mitigation Plan is set forth in the Enhanced State Hazard Mitigation Plan 2018, hereby incorporated into this rule by reference, https://www.flrules.org/gateway/reference.asp?NO=Ref-12334.
