State Engineers definition

State Engineers means the State Engineer of Nevada and the State Engineer of Utah.

  • Prior to the exchange of the Assigned Water Right for Project Water, the Board will be responsible for filing any necessary water right change applications, obtaining approval from the Utah State Engineer's Office, and providing copies to the United States at no cost to the United States.

  • The State Engineers shall meet as needed to review and assess the collected data, evaluate compliance with this Agreement, and determine the necessity of additional data gathering.

  • The State Engineers may elect to also hold a joint annual public meeting with Nevada and Utah water users in the Snake Valley area to receive public input as to use and management of the water resource.

  • State Engineer means the person holding the position as head of the state engineer’s office.
