State Development Bank definition

State Development Bank means the Madhya Pradesh State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Limited, registered or deemed to be registered under the Madhya Pradesh co-operative societies Act, 1960 (no. 17 of 1961) ;
State Development Bank or “SDB” means the Recipient’s State Development Bank, established under the Cabinet of MinistersResolution No. 286 dated May 31, 2022, and operating pursuant to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 161 issued on August 09, 2012; or any successor thereto as agreed in writing with the Association; and for the purpose of Article V and Article 8.02 of the General Conditions, the “Project Implementing Entity”.
