State coverage insurance (SCI) definition

State coverage insurance (SCI) means the SCI- health insurance flexibility and accountability waiver program for coverage of uninsured working adults. Effective January 1, 2014, only adverse actions that occurred prior to this date may a claimant file a request for an administrative hearing.
State coverage insurance (SCI) means the insurance plan run by the Department under an 1115 waiver for low-income persons not eligible for Medicaid.

  • Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specified herein or otherwise agreed to by the City, the required insurance shall be in effect prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and shall continue in force as appropriate until the latter of:
