  • The District will provide each classroom teacher with instructional materials and technologies required by the District for pupils and each teacher to meet the District's and State Content Performance Standards.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • State contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that enters into a state contract. Such person, business entity or nonprofit organization shall be deemed to be a state contractor until December thirty-first of the year in which such contract terminates.   • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Influencer Content means all text, files, images, graphics, illustrations, information, data, audio, video, photographs and other content created or provided by Influencer pursuant to Program Details (as defined below).
