State Content definition

State Content means all content the State, or others acting on behalf of or through the State, posts or otherwise inputs into the Services.

  • The District will provide each classroom teacher with instructional materials and technologies required by the District for pupils and each teacher to meet the District's and State Content Performance Standards.

  • Prior to September 1 for YRE Tracks A and B, prior to October 1 for YRE Tracks C and D, and prior to November 1 for traditional sites, the evaluator will meet with the evaluatee to mutually agree in writing on a minimum of three (3) goals that relate to the State Content Standards and the California Standards for the Teaching Profession.

  • ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS (ELA) – 4 Credits • Proficiency in State Content Standards for ELA (4 credits) MATHEMATICS – 4 Credits • Proficiency in State Content Standards for Mathematics (3 credits); and • Proficiency in district approved 4th Mathematics credit options (1 credit) (Student MUST have a Math experience in their final year of high school.) ONLINE LEARNING EXPERIENCE • Course, Learning, or Integrated Learning Experience.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • State contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that enters into a state contract. Such person, business entity or nonprofit organization shall be deemed to be a state contractor until December thirty-first of the year in which such contract terminates. "State contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Influencer Content means all text, files, images, graphics, illustrations, information, data, audio, video, photographs and other content created or provided by Influencer pursuant to Program Details (as defined below).
