Examples of State concerned in a sentence
The Member State concerned shall inform the other Member States and the Commission of any authorisation granted under paragraph 1.
If the national measure is considered unjustified, the Member State concerned shall withdraw that measure.
The Treaties shall cease to apply to the State in question from the date of entry into force of the withdrawal agreement or, failing that, two years after the notification referred to in paragraph 2, unless the European Council, in agreement with the Member State concerned, unanimously decides to extend this period.
For the situation described in point (b), production of recent certificates issued by the competent authorities of the State concerned are required.
