Any SOW project having an actual or anticipated cost greater than $500,000 may not be executed pursuant to this Master Agreement, and must instead follow a standard, formal RFP process, except in cases where the Agency has first obtained a waiver from the State CIO authorizing the use of this Master Agreement.
