State CIO definition

State CIO means the State Chief Information Officer or authorized designee.
State CIO means the Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth of Virginia. These terms shall include, where appropriate and/or required by law, the Virginia Information Technologies Agency.
State CIO means the Chief Information Officer for the state of Oregon.
