State Centre means an independent entity (including the Association) recognised by SLSA as the body administering surf life saving in its particular State.
State Centre means a group or division which has been created by the Company for the purpose of bringing together a group of Zones or Affiliated Clubs within a State for the purpose of promoting, controlling, administering and running outrigger canoeing in a state, territory or region.
