State Cases definition

State Cases means any Claims constituting part of the State Court Proceedings that are pending as of the Filing Deadline.
State Cases means any Claims constituting part of the New Jersey Coordinated Proceedings or the Other State Court Proceedings that have been filed as of the Execution Date.
State Cases means any Claims constituting part of the California Coordinated Proceedings, Illinois Coordinated Proceedings, or the Other State Court Proceedings that have been filed as of the Execution Date.
