State Assignment definition

State Assignment means an Assignment of Leases and Bill ▇▇ Sale for recordation in the appropriate real property records of the appropriate parishes and/or counties in Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi where the Assignment needs to be recorded in the form of Annex IA.
