State Agreements definition

State Agreements means the Principal Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement.
State Agreements means the agreements and arrangements entered into between the Bank and the Minister and/or any other State agency or entity, including without limitation the 2009 Subscription Agreement, the 2010 Transaction Agreement, the 2011 Transaction and Underwriting Agreement and the Minister’s letter to the Court dated 8 July 2011 (and any amendments of those agreements or arrangements made in accordance with their terms).
State Agreements means the contracts and agreements specified in Part B of schedule 2.

Examples of State Agreements in a sentence

  • The Department of Agriculture and Markets (“Department”) is required to implement the provisions of New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and Parts 140-145 of Title 5 of the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (“NYCRR”) for all State Agreements, as defined therein, with a value (1) in excess of $25,000 for labor, services, equipment, materials, or any combination of the foregoing or (2) in excess of $100,000 for real property renovations and construction.

  • The State Agreements (including the State’s option to purchase under clause 11(b)(iii) of the Principal Agreement) are hereby terminated with effect on and from the Operative Date.

More Definitions of State Agreements

State Agreements means the agreements between the Bank, Benue, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Ondo and other Eligible States of Nigeria as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the State Agreements;

State Agreements means those agreements made between the State and various parties and listed in Schedule 11.
