State Administration definition

State Administration means the direct and indirect public administration of Sao Tome and Principe, including all ministries, bodies, branches and offices, institutes, and departments, as well as all other central, regional and local branches of the state, all state agencies and instrumentalities, and all entities controlled, wholly or in part, directly or indirectly, by the central, local, and regional public administrations.
State Administration or “Administration” – shall mean the direct, indirect, autonomous or independent public administration of Sao Tome and Principe , including all ministries, entities, agencies, departments, offices, institutes, services, support services to the sovereign bodies, as well as local and regional branches of the state and instrumentalities, departments and all entities, societies and production unities controlled or shared, wholly or partially, directly or indirectly, by the central, regional or local public administration.

  • Upon a Termination, the Employee shall be required to sell all Shares issued pursuant to the Units within 180 days (or such shorter period as may be required by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange or the Company) of the Termination date and repatriate the sales proceeds to China in the manner designated by the Company.

  • Due to exchange control regulations in China, you understand and agree that, irrespective of any Post-Vest Holding Period, any shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan and held by you in your brokerage account must be sold no later than the last business day of the month following the month of your termination of employment, or within such other period as determined by the Company or required by the China State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) (the “Mandatory Sale Date”).

  • Due to exchange control regulations in China, the Participant understands and agrees that the Company may require the sale of Shares held by the Participant within six (6) months following the Participant’s termination of Service, or within such other period as determined by the Company or required by the China State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) (the “Mandatory Sale Date”).

  • On State Aid Administration and Central State Administration as amended (hereinafter “Act”) subsequently as amended, labelled VV 2021 (hereinafter “Open Call”).

  • The Participant may be required to report to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange all details of his or her foreign financial assets and liabilities, as well as details of any economic transactions conducted with non-China residents.
