STARTUP PAGE means the first or default television or computer screen displayed to Subscribers every time that they access the HSAC Services as a means to obtain access to the Internet, the Vulcan Content, or any other interactive material available via the HSAC Services. A Startup Page may or may not be in the form of a Web Page, and may be different for different Cable Systems.
