  • The behavior shall be deemed as attributing to Party B if such behavior is conducted by Party C and its subsidiaries or shareholding companies, enterprises and institutions invested or controlled by Party B’s spouse, parents or children which contest the business of Whole Win, the New Company or Startone.

  • The behavior would be deemed as attributing to Party B if such behavior is conducted by Party C and its subsidiaries or companies invested by Party C, Party B’s spouse, parents or children who takes a position in or provides counseling or consultancy services for enterprises and institutions contesting the business of Whole Win, the New Company or Startone.
