Starter Kits definition

Starter Kits means a kit comprised of such components as determined by Comcast or Company, which include as of the Effective Date the following: (i) cable modem or DTA and a remote control, (ii) cable wiring and instructions for Service activation; and (iii) a Refill good for up to thirty (30) days of Service. The Kit and/or components of the Kit and associated with the Service and Refills may be revised and/or removed from the scope of this Agreement by Company at any time upon at least 14 days prior written notice.
