Start-up Power definition

Start-up Power means the power required by any generating station or Captive Generating Plant situated in the State for black start or cold start of such generating station.
Start-up Power means the power required by any generating station or Captive Generating Plant for black start-up or cold start-up of the generating station within the State;
Start-up Power means the same as defined in Open Access Regulations;
