STARplex definition

STARplex means STARplex and the interior and exterior of the improvements now or hereafter comprising STARplex or its improvements or structures and includes (but without limitation) all air conditioning, fire protection and other plant machinery and equipment and all fixtures and fittings of the Licensor and all conveniences services amenities and appurtenances thereof and any part of the foregoing.

  • Triplex means a building comprising 3 dwelling units, each of which has a separate entrance to grade;

  • Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units.
