Defense Counsel shall provide Huttig and Rugby, or their respective counsel, with information or documents regarding any such Future Stanline Asbestos Claim as may be reasonably requested.
Except as provided herein, the Parties shall not furnish or disclose any Joint Defense Materials that are privileged or otherwise protected from discovery in any Future Stanline Asbestos Claim to any third party without the prior written consent of the other Parties or pursuant to court order.
