Standing Referees definition
Standing Referees has the meaning given in Section 2.1 [Appointment of Standing Referees] of Schedule 20 [Dispute Resolution Procedure].

Examples of Standing Referees in a sentence
Following termination of a Standing Referee, the Parties shall appoint a replacement Standing Referee in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.1 [Appointment of Standing Referees] within 5 Business Days of such termination.
One-half of all fees and expenses of a Referee appointed pursuant to Section 3.5 [Fast Track Referee Process] (including the fees and expenses of any professional persons or experts retained by the Referee pursuant to Section 3.6(a) [Referee Review], and, any retainer payable to Standing Referees pursuant to the terms of the applicable Referee Agreement), shall be paid by each of the City and Design- Builder.
