Standing Arrangement definition
Standing Arrangement means an arrangement with one (1) or more Vendors under which the Region may procure Goods, Services and/or Construction from the Vendor(s) on an as-required basis;
Standing Arrangement means an arrangement with one or more suppliers that does not commit the Town to purchase a Good or Services but allows for the future purchase, from time to time, of Goods and Services as the need arises.
Standing Arrangement has the meaning given in clause 1(a).
More Definitions of Standing Arrangement
Standing Arrangement. (as used in the CFTA) means an arrangement with a supplier or suppliers under which CATSA may buy goods or services from the supplier or suppliers over a period specified in the arrangement. The arrangement includes all terms applicable to the procurement, such as the cost of the good or service and delivery requirements. Such an arrangement would typically be referred to by CATSA as a standing offer;
Standing Arrangement. (Formerly Standing Order) means the arrangement with a Vendor or Vendors under which a procuring entity may buy Goods and/or Services from the Vendor or Vendors over a period specified in the Arrangement. The Arrangement includes all terms applicable to the Procurement, such as the cost of the Goods and/or Services and delivery requirements.
Standing Arrangement means an arrangement with a Contractor or Contractors under which the City may purchase Goods and/or Services from the Contractor(s) over a period specified in the arrangement. The arrangement includes all terms applicable to the procurement, such as the cost of the Goods and Service and delivery requirements;
Standing Arrangement or “SA” means the written arrangement resulting from the RSA executed by the Province and each successful Respondent in a form substantially similar to Appendix A;
Standing Arrangement means the written arrangement resulting from the RSA executed by the Regional District and each successful Respondent in a form substantially similar to Appendix A.
Standing Arrangement means an arrangement between the City and one or more suppliers under which the City may acquire goods and/or services from the suppliers over the term of the Standing Arrangement on an as and when required basis.
