  • The Union raised concerns over the administration of the Standing Application system pursuant to Article 13 – Posting and Filling of Vacancies, clause 13.2. In particular, the Union maintained that the administration of the standing applications could be improved while, at the same time, enhancing the transparency of the process.

  • A copy of such Standing Application submitted will be furnished to the Employee.
